Terms and Conditions
- To sign up as a signatory you must have authority and own the legal rights, to put all the required information and materials (e.g. image, links, name etc.) .
- By clicking the submit button the signatory fully allow Webelieveinclimatechange.com the rights to publish all relevant infromation on the signatory page (e.g. as a minimum your name, country, city, motto/slogan etc.). This also entails that you allow us to contact you via email. for further communication and promotion. We will never share any of your contact details with any third parties unless otherwise required by regulatory/law enforcement authorities.
- As a signatory (either as a free member or a premium member) you do not 'own' any part of the web-site but as a premium signatory, you own the right of your signatory image/logos to be displayed on this website up to 31 December 2025 as a minimum. However, my goal is to keep site online forever provided enough resources are available after the above date.
- The minimum purchase as a premium signatory is 100 pixels i.e. one square grid in the canvas. Maximum purchase is a whole canvas area (i.e. 1 million pixel). Once one whole canvas is area sold-out, a new canvas will be created below. Premium canvases will always precede the free canvases on the site.
- Any slogan, weblink, images etc. which relates to offensive, adult, racial, hate, controversial, and copyright materials (which you hold no rights) will not be accepted and will be removed as soon as they are detected or reported. You will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime due to such issues. However, you will be given an opportunity to provide an alternative image, link etc. when any of the above issues are detected by me before publishing on the web.
- Images must be in GIF, JPEG or PNG format, without animation and not larger than 2MB. Also, you must own the copyright of the image.
- Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
- You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them. The only exception to this is a valid request that may be of the following nature e.g. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
- If you want your information to be removed at any point, please note that you will not get a refund and after the removal request is implemented the space will become publicly available again for sale.
- Your submission (for premium signatory) will be processed and will appear on the site within 24-48 hours of your payment received and only if your submission fulfills all the terms and conditions mentioned here.
- In case your chosen grid location is also chosen by other signatories simultaneously, first come first serve rules apply. In case your submission is received later you will be given an alternative location to choose. If for any reason you decide not to take an alternative option you can request for refund (subtracting the PayPal processing and transaction fees).
- Maintenance on the site may result in unplanned downtime but that will kept to a minimum and will be announced right before.
